Costs per Session

Individual sessions $130 per counseling session (50-60 minutes)

Couple and Family sessions $150 per counseling session (50-60 minutes), $225 for 90 minutes

Court-Ordered Assessments $250 for assessment (up to 90 minutes) then $130 per continued counseling session (50-60 minutes)*

Pastoral Counseling sessions $80 (60 minutes) ***Currently Not Available at this Time

Types of Payment Accepted

Payment is due at the end of each session. Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards are accepted. 

*Court-ordered Assessment payments must be paid in cash or credit card only.

Center for Healing and Peace, LLC is considered out-of-network for all types of insurance. This means for out-of-network benefits, we will not bill your insurance and will not accept payment from your health insurance company. However, this does not mean your insurance will not cover treatment. Services may be covered at a certain percentage by your health insurance out-of-network benefits and/or employee flexible spending plan. Such benefits reimburse you for the cost of your visit. If you wish to utilize your insurance for reimbursement and to determine if you have out-of-network mental health coverage, please check with your insurance carrier prior to your first visit. If you choose to use your out-of-network benefits and you wish to submit documentation to your insurance company for reimbursement, a superbill will be provided upon your request by your therapist to submit to your health insurance company.  This superbill will provide all necessary information required by your insurance company in order to reimburse you directly.  Superbills will not be provided for Pastoral Counseling sessions.

Court Ordered Assessments

Please have all court paperwork needed with you for first session. Documentation will be sent to the appropriate referral source(s) upon termination of the assessment after written request is completed.
